Crystal Block Cave is a underground setting which hence it's name as the blocks, both giant and normal sized are made of crystal. Separated by pools of mud, each section is rather the same, with crystal blocks sticking on the surface of ground and walls. Besides naturally Goomba's, Monty Moles resides on the majority of the dirtgrounds. In fact even the Fake Block enemies who are hidden at some spots of the cave, are made of crystal as well.
Mario ground pounds on a burried block, earing a coin. Luigi runs over a collapsing brigde coposed by Donut platforms. On a saparated crystal block, sticking of the mud, Toad tries to outrun a gang of a Goomba and two new varieties of Fake Blocks.
And Princess Peach hovers over a gang of Monty Moles, she tries to escape from.
